Helping to build a young person's resilience.

Empowering the next generation with essential life skills and strategies to navigate life's challenges effectively and build lasting resilience.

What is resilience and why is it important?

Resilience is the ability to cope mentally and emotionally after experiencing difficulties. It is important to build resilience as this helps you to process and overcome difficult emotions. Without resilience we become easily overwhelmed and find it hard to navigate difficult situations.

10 steps to resilience programme

The 10 steps to resilience programme is a practical workbook designed to help young people build resilience, emotional wellbeing, and confidence. Through engaging activities and discussions, the programme explores key skills such as emotional literacy, coping strategies, problem-solving, and routines.

Alongside the workbook, we offer Parent/Carer Workshops providing practical advice, strategies, and guidance to support resilience in and outside of the home. Additional resources, podcasts and support are also available through our Facebook and YouTube channels, helping families and professionals continue their resilience journey.

Every young person deserves the opportunity to believe "I can do hard things."

Let's build resilience together.
